Following is the chart of basic child support obligations used in completing Form 14, as amended effective January 1, 2003. To use the chart, in the far left column look up the combined adjusted gross income from line 3 of Form 14 (use the nearest gross income figure shown in the chart, rounding down from $24.99 or $74.99 or less and rounding up from $25.00 and $75.00 or more). Then, on the same row, find the support obligation by referring to the column for the number of children involved. This amount should be transferred to line 5 of Form 14. Then finish completing Form 14 pursuant to the instructions.
